We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Microjournal for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

• Sell, rent, or sublicense the app;

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;

• Use the app in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.

3. User Content

Microjournal allows you to enter and store personal reflections and other information. You retain ownership of your content. By using the app, you grant us the right to securely store and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Microjournal offers free and premium features. Subscriptions are managed via the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the app at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the app and its features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
