Ok, but why can't I just use the notes app?

You definitively can! I used to do that for quite some time. But with time, it got to cumbersome to copy and paste templates with the questions I wanted to reflect on, and there was no way to overview my journals. And I couldn't get any kind of statistics or find patterns. That's why I created Microjournal, to help myself :)
